Matcha CBD Latté Recipe 🌿🍵

For your daily morning ritual to mentally energize and physically ground + release. Enjoy!

✨INGREDIENTS✨

🌿12 oz your choice milk
🌿1 tsp matcha powder
🌿2 scoops @vitalproteins collagen peptides
🌿1 serving @frogsongfarmcbd CBD (10 mg)
🌿1/4 tsp reishi extract (optional)
🌿Small splash of peppermint extract (optional)
🌿1 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
🌿Honey to taste (optional)

✨DIRECTIONS✨

  • Heat milk and add coconut oil to melt down. While milk is heating, add matcha, collagen, CBD extract, and peppermint extract to a mug. Mix together using a frother (super cheap at Ikea!)

  • Once the milk is warm but not boiling, add it to your mug and mix with your frother. You can also add everything to a blender for the ultimate froth situation.

  • Add honey to taste then sit back and relax!
