Hello, friends! I’m Kristen. I’m so glad you made it to my wild space on the internet. Imagine a space that is teeming with wildflowers, tall grasses, towering oaks, and abundant sunshine… and where a nearby creek babbles and hidden creatures watch us from afar. The earth is alive… let’s gather and remember our own wild ways.

I’m a holistic herbalist, writer, artist, entrepreneur, plant geek (both house plants and wild!), craft coffee lover, and avid student of life. I’ve been connected to plants since my childhood but in the last ten years, I’ve shifted back to the earth through herbalism and my work at Lagom Body Co.

Reconnecting with Self and Earth

This blend of experiences and interests led me to create this website for fellow conscious entrepreneurs to explore how the natural world influences our lives and businesses.

We can use the energy of the seasons to bring a greater sense of awareness and clarity, abundance, joy, health, and happiness to our everyday lives through a blend of daily wellness practices—in both personal and business life—that shift through the year.

• Getting outside every day is essential to our well-being and connection to Self and Earth.

• I’m a huge proponent of connecting with nature to connect with yourself.

• We are part of a larger ecosystem and to reconnect with it is healing to us and to the planet.

• Daily connection with spirit is also essential. Plants, watercolor, movement, and writing are my mediums.

• Growing your own medicinal herbs is life-changing and health-boosting.

• I grew up in Illinois, lived in Washington state for 7 years, and now live in Rhode Island.

• I originally went to university to be a high school English teacher.

• I completed a two-year clinical herbalism program in Portland, Oregon.

• I’ve taught classes around wellness, flower mandalas, seasonal health in Washington and Oregon as well as online.
